Konzortia Capital Launches Seed Funding Round
Konzortia Capital is a 2020 founded Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning startup connecting Founders and Funders in private capital deals. The company recently announced its Seed Funding Round with a $4MM objective. Konzortia expects a $1MM first close and a $3MM follow-on effort. With Pre-Seed and Seed capital, the company is developing its InvestHub deal-sourcing platform.

According to a report by Preqin in 2022, “AUM in the global alternatives industry is expected to nearly double over the next five years, swelling to $23.21 trillion by 2026.” Konzortia expects to fill voids in the industry for thorough due diligence, curated deal flow, and underserved markets connection to prime projects.
The company’s InvestHub sourcing and transactional platform uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for optimized private deal matches between startup projects needing capital and VC/PE investors deploying capital for their investment objectives.
