Get paid when funds clear
When your referred investor's funds clear, your 5% cash commission is processed. The minimum referred investment is $10,000, meaning the minimum commission per introduction is $500.
Simple, transparent, no surprises
Your commission is calculated as a flat 5% of the total amount invested by each person you refer. It is paid in cash when their investment closes. There is no cap on how many investors you can refer or how much you can earn.
Commission is paid in cash within 10 to 15 business days of cleared investor funds. Referral partners must have a signed referral agreement on file prior to making introductions.

No. Referral partners do not need to invest in Konzortia Capital. You simply make introductions to qualified accredited investors and earn a commission when their investment closes.
Do the investors I refer need to be accredited?
Yes. All investors in Konzortia Capital must be qualified accredited investors under applicable securities laws. We verify accreditation as part of the investment process.
When do I get paid?
Your 5% cash commission is processed within 10 to 15 business days of your referred investor's funds clearing. Payment is tied to closed, funded investments only.
Is there a limit to how many investors I can refer?
No. There is no cap on the number of investors you can refer or the total commission you can earn. Every qualified introduction that results in a closed investment earns the full 5% commission.
What if my referred investor wants to invest more than the minimum?
Your commission is calculated on the full amount invested, not just the minimum. If your referred investor chooses to invest $100,000, your commission is $5,000.
Do I need any financial licenses to participate?
