Alpha Hub: private capital infrastructure, now raising

Alpha Hub is Konzortia Capital's AI-powered private capital platform, built to serve both the companies raising capital and the investors deploying it. With a data room, deal flow and CRM, and a private capital platform, it addresses a structural inefficiency that has persisted in private markets for decades: the gap between capital that needs a home and companies that deserve access to it.

We are executing a two-phase raise: a Phase I Strategic Round of $5.2M, followed by a Phase II Growth Round of up to $20M. Our expansion spans the United States, the UAE, and the broader GCC: three distinct markets, each requiring a lead who understands the local investor landscape, speaks the right language, and carries the credibility to open doors that cold outreach cannot.

Your Compensation

Structured to close the liquidity gap

We have structured this engagement to solve the single biggest objection in commission-only roles: the liquidity gap.

Equity Retainer: $90,000 in Common Shares

A $90,000 equity grant, priced at fair market value and vesting over six months with a three-month cliff, to recognize the operational commitment this role requires. This is not a bonus. It is a capitalization of your advisory time.

Cash Commissions up to 5%

Commission is set at up to 5% depending on your region and the capital tranche. Full commission details are available on each regional page.

Rolling Close: Commissions Paid Within 3 Business Days

You don't wait for a final close to get paid. Every time a tranche clears, your commission is wired within three business days. This is contractual, not discretionary.

20% Carried Interest

Standard carry on the SPV. You participate in the upside of the capital you raise, not just the fees.

Milestone Equity Bonuses

Additional equity vests at key milestones as the round closes. Details are available on each regional page and in the partner deck.

How It Works

Commitment to commission in six steps

The process from investor commitment to commission payment follows a defined fast-track workflow.

Investor Commitment

Your investor signs the SPV subscription agreement and formally commits funds.

Wire

Investor wires capital directly to the designated Konzortia Capital account.

Confirmation

Our finance team confirms receipt of cleared funds, typically within one to two business days.

Commission Paid

Your applicable commission is wired to you within three business days of cleared funds.

Certificate Issued

A digital stock or SPV unit certificate is issued to the investor within five business days.

Rolling Close

Shares are issued to back the SPV in monthly batches, keeping legal costs lean and the process scalable.

Selective by design

This is a selective program. The right partner does not need to be convinced the opportunity is real: they need to be convinced it is worth their reputation.

A verifiable network of 50 or more high-net-worth or institutional relationships in your region

A track record of having closed or facilitated capital from non-institutional investors within the last three years

Regulatory standing or a clear pathway to compliant engagement in your jurisdiction

A willingness to make a personal commitment to the round. We ask because your investors will.
